CPL’s New Leaders Program works to build access to political power by connecting young people from underrepresented communities to paid opportunities in the progressive movement. In addition to matching New Leaders with a paid position, CPL provides leadership training, coaching, networking, and community building.
The New Leaders program is currently being run in Washington, D.C., as well as Ohio and Pennsylvania.
